How I Aim to Make Money...
The phrase "make money" had just over 12,000 daily searches with almost 99,000,000 websites competing for those visitors and a KEI rating of 1.503 -- Wow! How do you compete? Well as a test I decided to give it a try and see what would happen.
So I decided to write this post as a test for that keyword "make money" only (or should I say key phrase). I think I need at least 500 words in this post. I also hope to sprinkle the "make money" keyword often enough without over doing it (I'll check that with: WebCEO).
If you are a regular reader of this blog you already know that I am focusing on the following 5 key areas to make money...
1. Personal Development
2. Business
3. Internet
4. Real Estate
5. Financial
Well recently I've been focusing on the third area which is the Internet. Over the past Month I've been checking out other blogs to learn from them... at first I was finding mostly junk sites then I started finding good sites then really good sites and I started learning a lot from them. 2 strategies that I learned that I thought were exceptionally good and decided to use are:
1. I learned to do what top website earners do in order to profit from their website; instead of filling up my site with tons of affiliate links from tons of companies I needed to focus on 2 - 3 key affiliates and use them everywhere possible.
2. Another thing I learned was to avoid a huge mistake that a newbie like me usually makes and that is; I should focus on getting paid per click (PPC) or paid per action (PPA) rather than paid per sale (PPS) because there are a lot of things I do not know yet so it would take quite some time of trial and error before I could make money with PPS.
So I tried my best to locate PPC and PPA Affiliates but those were hard to find so I settled on 3 main affiliates that I could pretty much use effectively in every post I made and so I've put links to them just after the end of this post to help me make money.
Well after doing all this... what would be IDEAL is if I could get listed on the first search engine results page (SERP) for the keyword "make money" (that would mean being in the top 10) and get about 5,000 hits each day... but I'll settle for being in the top 30 with 500 hits each day. That would be marvelous. Then the plan would be to duplicate the system with other good keywords. Wow if this works there is no limit to possibilities... imagine having a Blog with 100 or so SEO optimized posts bringing in 500 or more unique hits each day???!!! That would be 1,500,000 hits each month... with that kind of traffic I think anyone could make money galore!!!. Now that's a dream to go after.
So in doing what I believe will work best for a newbie in my situation... learning all about SEO (organic search), SERP (search engine results page), PPC (pay per click), PPA (pay per Action), PPS (pay per sale), KEI, how to best use AdWords, locating the best Affiliates, all I can do now is wait and see how I'll make money with this Blog, how much I'll make and when I'll make it all starting with this "make money" keyword.
