My Cash Flow Muse

I've been really busy lately getting my Cash Flow Business "Muse" together.

Since July 7th I've been trying to use Timothy Ferriss $250 one week "MUSE" test with Google AdWords technique to get my Internet based Cash Flow Business going with it but it has been giving me a headache. AdWords isn't easy to use if you're trying to get the most clicks possible for the least amount of cost per click, as there are a lot of aspects that need tweaking. So practically everyday I'm tweaking AdWords. I should try using eBay instead. To do so I would need to write a 300 - 500 word article like ad to put on eBay... I think I'll do that.

Anyway I tweaked my Cash Flow Muse to add a USP (Unique Selling Proposition) which is the incredible reason for potential customers to use my service, I then added an amazing, irresistible guarantee. I then added a survey with a contest as the second page where I also listed the price I charge. And then I added a second option (a cheaper alternative service of which I'm an affiliate) on the third page so I have more chances to make money... I wanted to add AdSense, Amazon and Ebay Affiliate links on that last page but I haven't figured out how to do that effectively as yet (without diluting the concept or confusing the reader).

My Business and Real Estate Investing Foundation

Well proceeding along the path to wealth the next logical move is to get the tools I need to get to the next level... Passive Cash Flow Business (Muse) and Profitable Real Estate Investing, so over the past few weeks I bought a few courses, CD's, Books and Software on how to best structure a cash flow business as well as a real estate investing business, how to put together a business and a real estate dream team, how to locate and structure private loans and mortgages and stuff like that, I also got business and real estate analysis software.

It's a lot of information to process but I need that information so that I can get to the next level... for instance I just learned about a new lease option technique I can add to my wholesale technique that will make it more flexible so that I have a bigger pool of properties to choose from and can attract more buyers. I believe in using just one or two techniques (not dozens) when you start anything so that you don't get flustered and confused.

Ideal Structure for the Business:

The most effective business structure is essential for each enterprise for maximum tax breaks. So I need to know what works best with what.

My Dream Team:

The right team of people is essential to keep the businesses flowing right. I'm thinking I should join a barter club to help offset some of the expenses with acquiring the services of professionals.

Private Loans and Mortgages:

Since getting a traditional Loan and Mortgage is virtually impossible these days I realized I had to find another way. So I went looking into private loans and mortgages.

Business and Real Estate Investing Analysis:

Software is great and it makes light of all sorts of work and analyzing a Business and Real Estate deals are really important... one wrong number and you're in hot water. It's better to be safe than sorry.


So I will be writing about these things in the coming weeks.

I spent over $1,000 on all this stuff but the good thing is that I can resell them on eBay and Amazon.com when I'm done with them.
