More on My Local Marketing Website

Hi all,

Yet another twist or should I say wonderful detour in my life and million dollar quest. Yes I'm back to focusing on my Local Marketing website as I've put my Real Estate Investing site on hold after reading an article that reminded me of how I got loads of traffic to one of my websites in 2000. I forgot about it and got caught up in the hype of 'get good links first' to get high natural SERP , and PPC marketing and forgot about writing 25 - 30 good articles featuring good targeted keywords and putting them on my site to attract traffic to my Local Marketing website. So I decided to stay focused on my 'Local Marketing' site at least until I get the 25 - 30 SEO'd keyword rich articles and site map page up, running and submitted to the top search engines.

I was lucky to find an interesting software for a word cloud and article website that would make it simple and straight forward to upload the SEO'd articles, make a site map and provide interesting links to the articles and my other websites and other sites of interests, money making affiliate sites, etc. So you see I plan to make my NowOnTheNet.com domain focus on a few different things including:
  • Niche Sub-Directories: I plan to have several 'Squeeze Pages.' Each would focus on a single topic like 'Local Marketing,' then I intend to write 25 - 30 keyword targeted articles on the subject and have them all link to the 'Squeeze Page.' These articles would attract natural SERP (or even PPC) traffic that would pre-sell what is available for sale on the 'Squeeze Pages.'
  • Affiliate Link Farm: I could have lots of keywords with my affiliate links. This is an easy way to offer recommendations to my affiliates and profit hopefully handsomely from it.
  • Start Pages: I could grow my own Internet Empire by creating 'Start Pages' filled with interesting yet profitable links. Then I could build traffic exponentially by requesting that my visitors change their home page to my 'Start Page.'
  • Give Links Away as a Bonus: I could build community and thank my key subscribers, members or customers by offering free links to their sites.
  • Last But Not Least: I could trade links with quality sites or even sell links later on.

I can have unlimited links on the main page but I think 100 in enough (or maybe too much). Anyway with a domain name like NowOnTheNet.com and the word cloud software and site the possibilities are endless. But for now I intend to focus on the 5 topics with an emphasis on 'Marketing Online' including 'Local Marketing.'

Another thing I noticed is that I need to have a link on a site already indexed by google to get listed in google sooner, so I'll join LinkReferral.com for that purpose PLUS to get feedback on my site.

Private Financing to Buy Real Estate

Hi all,

What am I talking about "Private Financing to Buy Real Estate????" Well I'm still having trouble with AdWords and my http://Local.NowOnTheNet.com muse so I deleted the ad campaign and am trying to decide if I should buy a program on how to effectively use AdWords in order to continue with marketing that project while I wait for the local natural SEO to kick in.

I realized ebay won't work for this. So I moved back to my Real Estate Related site... http://www.SouthBeachDreamSolutions.com I think I'll change the focus of this site from my Real Estate Investment site and make it a service based site and be just the facilitator so it will be my second muse.

You see initially I wanted to buy and sell Real Estate in South Beach with this site but lately I've been speaking with my Mom and we plan to go tour the world for about 8 months starting in March 2009 so I won't have much time to focus on Buying and Selling Real Estate between now and then... but I would be able to focus on something Internet based while I'm away so I decided to put all that I've learned about Real Estate and my resources to good use and work on re-purposing the site to focus on Private Financing.

I figure lots of people want to buy or sell Real Estate... even though right now there are lots more sellers than buyers I think if I make it easier for buyers I'll attract people who really want to buy but can't for one reason or another... all I have to do is eliminate the problems.... (1.) Lack of good credit. (2.) No down payment. (3.) Inadequate financing for people who have a solid job (steady income) for at least 2 years or so. I figure Private Financing would solve all those problems so I'm currently on a quest to learn all I can about private financing and locating private financing sources in my area.

I think once I understand it enough and locate local Private Financing I will have a very unique service to offer both buyers and sellers of local Real Estate... but I think in order to overcome abuse and misuse I'll have to educate buyers on how to best use such a precious resource and maybe offer a test to make sure they understand it thoroughly. But all in all I think I have a great idea here... what do you think?

In the meantime I'll work on making my Real Estate site more informative and add some income producing links to ebay, amazon and other Real Estate and Private Financing resources.
