I've been reading tons of books and going to courses and seminars. I should be at one now but I'm too tired (it's not on my 'A' list so I have to be careful not to over do things).
Anyway what I want to talk about today is a major awakening I just had.
Making or earning money is not enough for wealth,
you must learn how to keep it too.
First how you earn your money is most important. Do you want to work hard or smart?
90% of the population works hard... while only 10% work smart... who do you think is richer?
Employees and specialists only have a finate amount of time each week if you have to trade time for money you're doomed because unless you have exceptional talents like fortune 500 CEOs, Master Athletes, Best Actors, Famous Lawyers, Doctors, Authors; you earn a pittance of what your employer makes from your efforts.
If you didn't help your employer make a profit you would not be working. And if you are always being fired then you know you are doing the opposite.
But only Big Business owners like Bill Gates and Michael Dell and Mega Investors like Donald Trump and Warren Buffet make Big Money, period.
So in order to profit like the rich you have to use the same vehicles... BIG Business and BIG Investments.
And in order to do that you must do 3 things extremely well...
1. Manage yourself,
2. Manage your vehicle for making money and FINALLY and MOST IMPORTANT...
3. MANAGE ALL MONEY EXTREMELY WELL.
So we see here that optimum Persoanal Development is NECCESSARY and so is Leading people and Managing cash and systems. Once you've developed great ethical habits for yourself, money in general and your choice of big business it's a lot harder to loose... and that's how you keep the money for sure... Learning ALL you can about the above 3 topics.
Because as only the rich know... Money doesn't make you rich (ask lottery winners)... Only exceptional management of money can make anyone rich... (and the best part is it doesn't even have to be your money either (it can be mortgages and other loans for example).)
Now there are 4 vehicles for Big Business
1. Brick and mortar businesses (Like Kentucky Fried Chicken or McDonalds)
2. Internet Businesses (Like Yahoo, ebay or Amazon.com)
3. Real Estate (Like Developers and Investors that own (build or buy) hundreds of units)
4. Financial Investments (Like you can do with InvesTools.com, ForEx.com, etc.)
But you have to Think Big in each... if you can't come up with something big enough, then be a part of something big!
And that's the basic formula for making and most importantly, keeping wealth in a nut shell!
