Hi All,
I’ve been thinking of doing the following for a few months now as it’s been coming to me in bits and pieces… I’ve identified that there are 5 areas in life that one must be proficient in, in order to achieve enormous wealth and I want to start a prosperity or wealth club around them. I want to call it the RPM MSI Club (RPM Residual, Passive, Massive MSI = Multiple Streams of Income (at first I had the R mean Rapid)). Everything the club does must produce positive cash flow… as even the weekly dues of $25 must double in profits every year (everything after expenses/reserves will be invested on behalf of the club).
I see the club with 3 primary aims:
The first is to each learn proper wealth creation.
The second is to profit from such knowledge individually.
The third is to impart useful information and profit as a team by teaching the world proper wealth creation and how to profit also.
The 5 Different Areas of the Club are:
Personal Development/Self Mastery (How to master ones inner game/the foundation)
Business (How to start, run and market)
Internet (How to set up, start, run and market a web site)
Real Estate (How to profit from Real Estate without owning it + How to buy 1 property each year)
Finances/Investing (How to double your passive income each year. Top 10 investment vehicles)
Each member must specialize in one area (and can minor in one or two others). We need two topic leaders for each topic and each must do the following.
- Dues $25 per month: takes care of paperwork, admin, VA (Virtual Assistant) services, etc., needed o run the club. (The VA researches anything we want.)
We must find at least 5 expert web sites on each topic. We’ll then keep up with 2 of each of these web sites and check up on the others every now and then.
- Read the 4 best selling books on our topic and take 4 courses on the subject each year.
- Find and keep in constant communication with 5 experts on each topic each year (local or via the Internet).
- Each topic leader must have a blog and it must aim to make lots of money.
- Meet online one hour each week for core topic and once each month for the other 4 topics. On the 5th week which occurs 4 times each year we do assessments = of all 5 areas and how far we each have come (it would be nice to meet in person and do this in exotic parts of America if not the world) using Skype.com etc.
- Write and publish/distribute (to at least 10 article databases online) 2 articles on your main topic each month.
The 10 books we each need to read eventually (but we need to read at least the first 3 to get started):
- The Game of Life or the Secret (This is a basic understanding of how life works)
- The 4-Hour Work Week (This is what we should aim for ideally)
- Multiple Streams of Income or Creating Wealth or One Minute Millionaire (and this is how we’ll do it all)
- Secrets of the Millionaire Mind (how we sabotaged ourselves plus principles of making money)
- How to awaken the giant within (how we sabotaged ourselves plus how to take consistent action)

Next we need at least 10 books, 2 specifically for each area:
- Nothing Down for the 2000’s (Real Estate)
- Rich Dad, Poor Dad (Finances)
- Multiple Streams of Internet Income (Internet)
- 7 Spiritual Laws of Success (Self Mastery)
- The 4 Agreements (Self Mastery)
You can add the rest.
Eventually
- Besides making money from our personal investments as we each will definitely learn more about all 5 areas to make money in the long run and each must be actively doing at least 3 and be profitable in at least one area by the end of the first year.
- Find al least 5 ways to make money with each of our blogs.
- Plus the second year we will split the 5 areas into 5 clubs then invite the general public to join one club each year at a cost of maybe $5 - $25 per month and aim to get 1 million new members the first year, then double that each year thereafter.
